Laxapana Falls

A plunge type waterfall situated in Maskeliya with a sheer drop of 126 meters. It is formed by the waters of the Maskeliya Oya. Here you can either go to the foot or climb up to the top of the waterfall and watch it from the top, be extra careful. There are slippery concrete steps covered in mud leading to the top of the waterfall, and requires a fair bit of energy. However you can reach the edge of the cliff which forms the waterfall.
